love these folks! been using them to rent a property for more than a year - couldn't be easier. They finished prepping the place, found a great tenant and had a signed lease within a month of the first time I met with them. Most months I do nothing but get paid, the few issues were dealt with promptly, professionally and with no expenses out of line.. would surely use them with another property when i have the opportunity.

The management is amazing and prompt when it comes to maintenance issues! Juan came over to help fix multiple small issues and came back to fix our balcony door. He was prompt and told me his honest opinion of the fixes and what can be done next to fix the issue.
