The community manager, Dawn, at La Paz, Rancho meadows HOA in Temecula has been extremely unhelpful. We came to the community as homeowners in 2024 and we haven’t had the best experience unfortunately. There will be weeks in between messages from the community manager, we’ve had property damaged without helpful insight or even a message going out to our neighbors about what happen ended to warn them, and we seem to always be hit with some fees on top of our dues. At the forefront I would just appreciate phone calls and messages answered in a timely manner. I’m not sure how or why she is the ON…

Absolutely hypocritical, and they gaslight you. Told me my neighbors all did something one way when I’m looking at their homes and they didn’t. Clearly they never visit the properties they manage.

I've recently had the pleasure of working with Alliance Association Management, liaising directly with Sarah, a Community Manager, based in their Temecula Office. Sarah made coordination with her community such an absolute breeze! Communication was clear, concise and timely! They’ve charged me late fees on my HOA payment for months saying that my bank have been sending the checks 2 weeks late every month when they sent it 7 -8 days before the due date. I event sent my checks in ahead of time and these people are taking no accountability for their actions. Basically, they want us to pay 5-10 bucks worth of fees monthly to cover for the service fees of using even ACH payment. It’s preposterous. WORST RATED HOA This despicable group of winners troll our community daily. They forced my family and I into a Default, while they ignored all of our attempts to start a payment plan and avoid more problems. Our community gate constantly breaks, and it seldom fixed in time. We recently received a formal violation from Alliance, saying that our children were “illegally roller skating in the park.” Number 1, who would have that “rule”, and Number 2, they didn’t even have ANY proof. Alliance Management is the best property management company to work with- they are prompt to respond to any issues and have excellent communication skills with board members and residents alike. I have been working with them through my HOA for the past three years and have no complaints. I am extremely impressed with their customer service and attentiveness to problem solving and proactivity amongst the communities they serve.

Alliance hit the ground running when we had a very quick transition time from our previous management company. We currently live in the Groves in Temecula and this property management company is extremely poor. 1. The management of the fruit groves in our neighborhood has been mismanaged. 2. All contacts we have people have to fight to see them. They send notices to properties and land that doesn’t belong to neighbors. RFID TAGS don’t work to get in the community. The board of directors on the board do not listen to the home owners. We had a crazy contract and didn’t have internet for whole week because a bill wasn’t paid the home owners here aren’t happy with his services. It is disappointing to live…

Alliance recently took over our communities HOA and has taken our rights to our use of garage and front porch as we please. They also decided that it is not ok for us to have bbqs in our backyard or porches. This has affected our lifestyle and even cooking resources. This is the worst company. They take pictures of inside of our garages and private lives and give us tickets and/or warnings for what we want to do inside our own properties. They have ticketed me for sprinklers being destroyed in a public area. This is not my problem. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever run into

Misguided Corporate Pitbulls. This company has been selected to manage our community and came in not to inspire the change needed to reflect our ever growing fees and post Covid-19 reality but to tax our owners and renters for frivolous OLD rules. We are Small Business Owners (In our Community/unlike this company), mothers, fathers , first responders, medical professionals and families who are dealing with ever changing new realities only to be met with policing and outdated rules that don't reflect our present lives/realities.
