I’ve been working with Alta Vista Properties for my rental property in San Diego, and they’ve been absolutely excellent. Since I don’t live in the same city, I needed a property management company I could trust—and Alta Vista has exceeded my expectations. They are always on top of everything: responsive, proactive, and incredibly reliable. I never have to worry about the day-to-day management or maintenance of my property because they handle it all seamlessly. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my investment is in such capable hands. Highly recommend!

Alta Vista Properties have been helping me to rent a property for many years. I have nothing but kind things to say about them. They are responsive, professional, and patient. The tenant that moved out most recently was obstreperous and rude to everyone. The entire firm had to be engaged in their shenanigans. Kathy, Shelly and others were very patient and spend an enormous amount of time dealing with multiple items with deadlines attached. They did a wonderful job. I can highly recommend them.

I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the Alta Vista properties team, specifically with Jackie Alexander and Shelley. I arrived on a Friday at my apartment in Pacific Beach after being out of town, and I see a broken kitchen window. I reported it as a possible break in and I needed the window fixed. No one arrived to fix the window until Monday and I had an apartment with an open window, after a possible break in.They told me that I caused the damage and that I had to pay $270 for the window repair. Alta vista proporties personnel are wonderful. They communicated well with me from the first day I went to see my studio until weeks after I left. I had a family matter that they assisted me & went above & beyond to help me out. Maintenance always came for service right away. I appreciate their professionalism, kindness, compassion, and great customer senice they provided me. Kathy Buster, Roxanne wendt, Jackie Alexander, shelley Eds, and John, the apt maintenance were all amazing people and I wanted to recognize them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alta Vista Properties for your next home. :)
