Arrow has done a good job of managing my portfolio of investment properties for the past four or more years. The bookkeeping is now very good and reliable and the star manager, Nancy, is right on top of filling vacancies when they occur with outstanding renters. She is quick to get quotes for repairs and to solicit my concurrance on the cost. Annual reviews of property with outside pictures are very helpful to me as well. I have been recommending Arrow to whomever I talk with.

They stole my security deposit. Stay away from them. I was assured that when I moved out 9/24, I would receive my entire security deposit back, they lied and took no accountability. They charged me for water damage that had occurred with the previous tenant. I asked if they took any pictures before I moved in, they said no and that they would still charge me for the damage because I didn’t have any proof that it had been there before I moved. Nancy Lopez was an extremely unprofessional employee at this company. Extremely hard to get a hold of for anything regarding the property. When I spoke with Nancy to help with a simple issue, she was unnecessarily rude throughout the conversation, to the point where I had to stop and ask her to calm down so we could resolve the issue. When I asked to speak with her boss or management, she claimed she didn’t have one, and she was the only one I could speak with. Honestly, I am worried about retaliation. I wish I read the bad reviews prior to signing my lease. This company only cares about their landlords, not their tenants. If you’re a tenant, they do not treat you with humanity or respect. Kari and Zibby are the most worthless property managers i have ever had to deal with. My house has not met code for the 13 months I have been here. They have refused to address, fix or provide compensation. They let me out my lease 4 months early so the cheap homeowner can sell. After I got electrocuted in the shower due to faulty wiring in the house, they proceeded to hire an unlicensed contractor to replace the electrical panel. Being unlicensed he never pulled a permit and Kari and Zibby never got it inspected. Safety issues that they have no desire to fix. I am hoping this place doe…

Hands down the worst experience to date. I lived in NY and LA dealing with management companies all my adult life and arrow has to be the worst I’ve encountered. Nancy is beyond rude, dismissive, and clearly only cares about the money they receive from the home owner over taking care of the actual home. Failure of Arrow Asset management Summary: Evidence shows elevated moisture up to 99% in the bathroom walls, floor, and hallway carpet of the home making the home Uninhabitable per CA codes. It is apparent the 'remediation' was not performed per ICRC/ACAC protocol. Three walls still have elevated moisture including under the flooring with apparently was not remediated per IICRC/ACAC protocol. Took $600 from my deposit for leaving “junk” that was there when we moved in. Didn’t clean the property before we moved in. Place was filthy. Then charged us cleaning fees upon move out when we left it in 10x better condition than it was received. Typical shady rental agency.
