I love this place. I'm not even 55 and I'm living here with my ex-best friend's man of 7 years, but who cares I win. And I even have my mother living in the garage, but now she's moved to the guest room.

Atlantic&Pacific management is a terrible company. They only know to collect the HOA money but did not things for the community where I am living. They never come to my area to inspect and enforce the general rules. I emailed property manager She never response. I called her she just promise that she will do but never happen. So frustrated, Is there anyway to get rid of HOA or make them to do their duty? Anyone known? please share your idea. Thanks
