Joe took great care of my place and I didn’t have to deal with anything. He is worth every penny and makes the whole process completely headache free. I had a pretty bad experience with a tenant at my condo in Bankers Hill and decided I was done trying to handle everything myself. That’s when I brought in Joe. He didn’t step in just for the problem, he took over the whole thing. Day to day stuff, communication, all of it. It’s honestly been a huge relief not having to deal with every little issue anymore. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. Things feel a lot more steady now and I’m not constantly wondering if I’m missing something. Definitely worth it for me. I should have done it sooner.
