The condo was comfortably furnished and clean with lots of natural light. The kitchen was well equipped. The move and move out was seamless with proper snow instructions provided. I would certainly use Blueground again.
399 Freemont Street Booking code SFO-24343 We stayed at a property in Rincon Hill originally booked for six weeks from Nov 29th - January 13. We arrived at the apartment to find that it smelled incredibly strongly of burnt curry and was dirty. None of the surfaces in the unit had been cleaned -- there was soap scum all over the shower, the countertops had a layer of grease, and the cups and bowls had been stowed although they were still dirty. Blueground managers were very responsive before and during our stay.
The location of the house was perfect. It is a location where you can easily go anywhere you want in San Diego. This is my first time using Blue Ground. They made sure I had a great time, I got instant answers to every question I asked. They were very helpful. If I need a house from now on, I will definitely work with Blue Ground again. I would especially like to thank Mariel Villa for all her help.
0 star! We rented an apartment in LA, the first day moved in found out more than 60 🐜 ants, reported to them , they didn’t do anything. And the apartment so dirty with bad smell. They don’t care at all, also refuse to refund us! Other reviews are true, this is a terrible company!

Probably the most seamless process I've ever experienced for booking a place. Frank was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions, and is always extremely responsive. The website is super easy for booking, uploading documents, etc. This is the first time we have used Blueground, and will definitely continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend!
Very good experience. Nice apartment and furnishings, easy reservation process, simple check in experience and they fixed some minor issues with the unit very quickly. All in all a great experience.
