Our complex in San Ysidro (Evergreen Condominiums) has been completely abandoned by HOA/Staff. Overgrown lawns, recycling hasn't been picked up for weeks. The HOA raised our rate years ago to facilitate repairs to the fences in the area. I'm providing pictures of the fences as of this morning. It seems like the only thing that the Brickrow Property Management can do right is withdraw their fee every month. 4000$ a year and its nothing but a shake down. There has been no maintenance staff onsite in weeks but I can be sure my bill will come in on time.

Absolutely terrible experience with Brickrow Property Management. Their handling of our HOA has been nothing short of a disaster. There is clear misuse of HOA funds, and instead of transparency, they respond with rudeness and defensiveness — especially the water department. When questioned about inaccurate and sketchy billing practices, they refuse to provide proper billing history or clear explanations. Brickrow Property Management is, without a doubt, one of the worst property management companies I've ever dealt with. Their operations are disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating beyond belief. They insist on cash-only payments for parking stickers -- yet when you bring cash, they have no change. Try calling them with a question? Straight to voicemail. Good luck getting a call back. Communication is non-existent. They never answer the phone and when they actually do they tell you they will get back to you and then never do if it weren't for the fact that I'm under contract with them I would never hire them.

I pay HOA for what? It's not the first time that they close the pool during the times the should be open. Weather is horrible and I cannot take my kids to enjoy the pool. Pool is closed Tuesday's ans Thursday's for Maintenance. I go today on a Wednesday ans it's closed. I called ans they even said it should be open and would contact the person who monitor's the pool. This is just plain stealing from us, new bill is 360 dlls, and they don’t do nothing , nobody cleans outside and if they do it’s once a month , I have called multiple times, about a post of my fence braking because of water damage, and nothing I submitted a fix at their page and nothing, I got in a zoom meeting and told them about it and Nothing, it’s been 3 weeks since they did something to the parking lot, and they haven’t painted the lines or number to know who goes were , this is just really bad, there mail says water when up some other utilities but we are the ones paying the bills if the…

Today I received a new bill from the HOA the bill is going up to $360. They don’t clean, haven’t painted the parking lines, there’s not security, a girl got assaulted right in front of my house, and this is an issue all the neighbors have shared. Evergreen has never looked worst I’d like to see where is all of our money going to. Because we’re all paying too much (there’s at least 100 houses in the community, all of us paying $360 monthly ??) and I don’t see improvement. I want results.

Unfortunately this HOA is non responsive when calling or sending email no response you get the runaround. Unfortunately we have no choice because this is the HOA for the property we have.

I needed to speak to someone regarding a water bill, I called and left 4 messages over a 1 week period for water department, No one returned my calls. Lorenia answers the calls and told me she would also look into it, and took my contact information. No one called me back! Total incompetency. I don't understand what type of business they are in. They are definitely NOT in the property management business, or customer service business.

Soy residente de Iris West y la verdad es una burla lo que cobran por mantenimiento que son 345.00 al messsssssss y nada hacen. Yo no veo nada de movimiento de ese dinero. I tried so bad to understand how this people help when someone needs fix something that it’s responsible the HOA, unfortunately it’s impossible , we pay high $$$for what??? I never got help when I asked for!

I have lived in my condo for 17 years and nothing has ever been done about maintaining the Stucco which is in very poor condition condition no existing in some areas. Carports have holes. The pavement is in poor condition. Customer service is nonexistent never reply to emails and never return calls. I am in the process of taking them to court. This company shouldn't even be doing business.
