I transferred my property to BridgeHaus PM in Feb 2026 after experiencing communication issues with a prior service. I couldn't be happier with the communication I've had with BridgeHaus over the last few months through listing and tenant selection. They've impressed me with their attention, understanding, and implementation of details I requested during the rental process. I've been pleased with EVERYTHING so far, from admin through maintenance to the interactions with my PM. As an experienced rental owner, nothing beats peace of mind, and I am grateful for the efforts by this team.

The BrigeHaus team is extremely diligent and detail-oriented, which is critical for a property manager. And they're great with communication and responding to emails. What could have been an extremely stressful and time-consuming process of getting our condo ready for a tenant turned out to be stress-free, and consumed almost none of our time, as they sorted out everything (including finding someone to clean out the unit and get everything shipped to a storage facility). We are first-time landlords and didn't know what to expect. Chloe and team have made the whole process so easy, from the onboarding process to receiving our monthly rent payments. Everything has been really great. I think the best part is the fact that they found us great tenants. As a quick update, it's been a year since we started working with BridgeHaus, and we had our first renewal. The team gave us great advice on rental price, the tenants renewed and the property stayed occupied! The whole process was seamless. I never thought being a landlord could be so easy.

I lease a home in Escondido managed by BridgeHaus Property Managers. We recently had a slab leak and flood. The Maintenance team was very attentive to our needs and getting a crew of professionals to our home to mitigate the damage. I appreciate their professionalism.

The maintenance team was professional and worked in a timely manner to resolve our washing machine request. They had found that our washing machine needed a new part. They used effective communication by asking through text if we were available. They were able to return and replace the part.

As a tenant that had to deal with this management in the past, I feel they are relatively ok. I get either hot or cold energy from the people I had to talk to, and not much in between.

Responded within hours and got my problem fixed that same day!

Plumber came in less than 24 hours of my reporting the problem. He was on time, actuallyearly. Not only did he discover that the drain cover was on upside down, with the decorative stone underneath, he cleaned everything out that was impeding the drainage. Suggestion: When property managers do walkthroughs, just running the water in showers for a few minutes isn't enough. Drain covers should be removed to see if debris has accumulated, which in my last 3 residences was exactly the case

Been pretty happy with this management company. Our landlords switched from a different management company, and BridgeHaus has been infinitely better. Staff is pleasant and feels trustworthy. Maintenance requests are usually handled pretty quickly. We had to get our smoke detectors replaced recently and Andy, the technician sent, was super nice and in and out within 10 minutes. I would certainly recommend, whether tenant or landlord.

We had the unfortunate circumstance of being a BridgeHaus client after our landlord switched property management companies. Some repairs took well over a month to get fixed (new garage door and dishwasher heating element needed fixed). They said they contacted vendors but we never heard from them until we kept reaching out. The dishwasher vendor said it took over 2 weeks for BridgeHaus to return their call and to approve the fix. We rented a condo in San Diego from Haus. The place was ok but it had a cracked microwave, screen door to the balcony was broken. The residence right above us were extremely noisy. We rented the unit through Airbnb Site and there was no mention of possible noise from upstairs’s unit.

I am really astonished that BridgeHaus has the glowing reviews that it does, but upon further inspection they seem to be from all people who use them to manage their properties, not from the actual tenants themselves. We have had the worst experience with them from a renters standpoint. We moved in to a beautiful condo in Cortez Hill that naturally looked move in ready.
