We have recently had our property management switched to Broadpoint Properties. Even before they officially took over Management they were on the property to talk to us and give us information. The staff that I have talked to in the office are all cordial and professionaly efficient. Maintenance issues were handled quickly! Maintenance crew is also friendly and efficient. Love Broadpoint Properties!

We have had a great experience with Broadpoint properties. The staff is always reachable and very professional. They have very good client service and the maintenance department is on top of our customer's needs, as well as the accounting department. We are glad we can count on them!! In all of my renting experiences, Broadpoint Properties was the easiest process ever. Rachel was amazing! I was relocating from Escondido to Valley Center. I met Rachel for a tour, applied, received communication within 24 hours and had all documents completed within 3 days. The payment software, communication, and support was stellar. Rachel Tourtillotte the residential service manager was one of the most helpful and personable people I have encountered throughout all of my years of renting. Every time I had a question big or small, Rachel was always there to answer it immediately. The process of moving can be very stressful but having Rachel help the process moving into a property that Broadpoint manages, was one of the easiest processes I have experienced. What's really impressive here is the maintenance team. They're very quick at responding and checking up on things after repairs are done. We had an A/C issue and their vendor, Sterling Mecahnical, was friendly, honest, and professional. Very grateful!
