Cabrillo Properties is by far the best management company I’ve ever had. I live abroad and rent my apartment out so it’s imperative I have a responsive, professional team who I can trust to manage my place in my absence. Cabrillo Properties does exactly that. I’ve had a great experience with team member I have dealt with especially Michael. He manages my place like it was his own!! I can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for a 5 star company!!

Over the past two days, I had the opportunity to work on resolving an issue for one of the residents in one of our communities alongside Christal Bancil and Jacqueline Ramos from the Resident Services Department. Their communication and customer service were excellent and highly professional. Working with them was a truly positive experience.

Cabrillo took over the management of our property over a year ago, and it was a real improvement from the previous hot mess. They have been responsive to every service need so far, and act quickly to resolve it. Crystal is extremely pleasant on the phone, and Shannon has been a very friendly, approachable and supportive property manager. Hoping to remain in our complex for the long-term.

Cabrillo Properties have been absolutely wonderful to work with! Shannon and Christal really have set the bar high. They’re always quick to respond, incredibly professional, and genuinely care about maintaining the property to a high standard. It’s rare to find a management team that’s both efficient and personable, I truly appreciate how attentive and proactive they are. Highly recommend!

I had nothing but GREAT experiences with Carrillo Properties while living in one of their buildings! They were super fast about responding to maintenance requests as well as any other inquiries regarding my apartment. Shannon (my personal property manager) was awesome and super friendly! I highly recommend looking into one of their buildings/apartments to rent.

I have never had such a horrible renting experience as I did with Cabrillo, don’t trust these people for a second. They’re scammers and will sell you something, charge you insane amounts for it, and then tell you to shut up constantly - I moved into a beautiful apartment and was so excited and then they threatened me with fines every single time I made normal living noises during non-quiet hours. Worst management I’ve ever seen, they are clearly taking advantage of renters and making tons of profits off of them. Run. Don’t trust this place.

Poor job maintaining properties, garage door is broken and I cant access my paid parking spot.

Me and my boyfriend were looking for an apartment and checked out a few places but as soon as we saw this one we knew it was perfect. Not only is the property a perfect fit for us and our wants but the staff is so extremely helpful and on top of everything! I messages them a few days ago asking if they had any extra storage closets in the garage available and they immediately replied with an answer and got everything set up within the same day. As a long time tenant of Cabrillo Properties, I have had the opportunity to communicate with multiple employees and Nathan and Crystal were so so helpful with an issue we had with a late fee on our account. Nathan responded immediately to our email regarding our confusion and even reversed it for us with plenty of understanding. Crystal followed up the next day to make sure all questions were answered and we got the help we needed. I appreciate the communication and reassurance they provided us as tenants.

The application process was fast and the property is well maintained. Shannon and Christal were able to answer all my questions promptly.

5/5 stars from property showing to move out. Cabrillo has some of the nicest homes in the best locations. I loved my apartment and after 14 months, I was sad to move out. Michael D, Dess B, Bianca, and the agents that showed my home are such professionals. All concerns were addressed within 1 day. Neighbors were quiet and respectful, never had any issues. I’m really impressed and I highly recommend Cabrillo to everyone I come across searching for a new rental. I rent a home in San Diego County. Cabrillo has been an excellent experience this past year as a property management company. My experience with Cabrillo properties has been really great so far. The staff with whom I’ve worked with have been helpful and accommodating with any issues that arise, which is really great as a tenant who has had negative experiences with a different property management company.

Like many of us paperwork can get confusing but she patiently and kindly explained the paperwork. Jacquee is the one to go to for all your leasing and owning needs! 10/10

Cabrillo recently took over the building I live and I have to say they are the best management team I've experienced over the years. There was an issue with my unit the occurred over the weekend, and the the manager reached out what felt like the second they sat down at the office. Shannon was super polite and communicative throughout the entire process, which is greatly appreciated given the situation

My experience as a tenant with Cabrillo Properties has been great thus far! All of their systems run smoothly, my maintenance requests are quickly attended to, and their staff is very friendly.

From touring to move-in, Cabrillo has been a breeze to work with! Michael (PM) and Dess (his assistant) have been so helpful with any questions/concerns I had. We had a minor sink leak that they quickly addressed with a plumbing vendor, which shows they care to be responsive and responsible toward their tenants. Very happy so far and would love to keep this type of communication going in the future.

I have had a wonderful experience with Cabrillo Properties. It was my first time moving out and they explained everything well and made the process stress free. I am releasing with them for another year and the process was smooth. Any maintenance issue I had during my first year was handled timely and it’s really easy to request through their app. I also appreciate their customer service and how easy it is to communicate with them because they do reply in a timely manner, and any issues i’ve raised it was handled right away!!! When we moved in our rental home, there was a chain link fence that eventually needed to be taken down for city sidewalk installation. It took several months but Cabrillo replaced the fence with a beautiful privacy fence! Cabrillo was easy to communicate with and the company they chose was great!

Move in was smooth despite construction going on. Michael and the rest of the staff at Cabrillo were extremely empathetic and accommodating despite the circumstances. Initially, I was hesitant to use a property management company out of my own fear of potential negligence or some other nightmare circumstance. Not a good property. Hot water will work sometimes other times it won’t, Minimal street parking, and not very safe area. We live behind an alley and I’ve found drugs in our parking spaces. All issues have been addressed with management
