Thus far we have had a great experience with Cairncross. Our house needed some maintenance after years of neglect from previous tenants and every time we put in a request, they responded very quickly (sometimes within the hour!). Carrie has been especially helpful with our house. She was always very responsive and kind! We like the way things operate and plan to stay for years to come.

Inefficient, poor communication, the only team member that gets anything done is Shelley. I didn’t feel that they cared about making sure my property was taken care of, getting the most profit I could, and let it stay vacant without any sense of urgency to fill. I do not reccomend doing business with them
