It's been a pleasure working with Calsur for many years. Whether it's over the telephone or text messages, I always get a very quick response. When repairs are needed they always give me a very good price. They are very knowledgeable on the laws for owning rental properties. The entire staff is very friendly and caring.

Calsur is a top-notch, full-service realty company. Calsur started out as the property manager for my home. After a few years of management, Calsur served as my real estate agent and broker to sell this same property. I initially rented out my property because i moved out of the country. The long-distance and time-change added some unavoidable challenges and delays, But Calsur did an excellent job, thorough and professional. They took that extra steps needed to stay in touch with me. Unprofessional, unreliable, unreasonable, slumlords that go after the vulnerable and sue them for their own negligence. This is a bunch of greedy, poorly made individuals that only want money. They filter the wrongdoings through property and what it can afford them if they do things sneakily enough. Their apartments are outdated, full of roaches, black mold and poor foundations, but they blend in with the neighborhood.
