The worst management ever, horrible unprofessional people especially and directly to Harold P who I have proof of him in writing stating “ Once we get a copy of the permit the board will issue an approval.” Still till today NOTHING!! I would give them a zero if I could. Terrible doesn't do enough to describe it. Lack of management, wasteful spending, cost our HOA thousands and we had to fire them. John Kalas has no honor or ethics. Please look elsewhere for competent property managers because they aren't here.

I am a homeowner at sunburst condominiums that is ran by Castle Breckenridge management. Mr. Hareld, our property manager is a very difficult person to deal with. He completely has no respect for individuals will completely ignore you and will hang up on you when the conversation is over with as he sees it. So sad to have this person, representing a management company.

Completely incompetent. Slow to respond and unable to provide correct information. More importantly, they make absolutely ludicrous and arbitrary decisions that are detrimental to the entire complex and try to hide behind CCR’s that are in direct contradiction with Davis Stirling. I don’t think they have any understanding of how to manage a property, or of the underlying law regarding governance. They clearly can’t read CCR’s correctly. So far, completely unimpressed. We hoped they would be an improvement over the previous management company, but it's just more false accusations and mismanagement. We were accused of letting unauthorized guests in the pool when we lent the key to a neighbor who lost theirs. We were accused of having a pet off leash when we've been leashing and walking a community cat the HOA has forced us to take care of. We have requested reasonable accomodation for my wife's disability and continue to be ignored. Can't think of a good thing to say about this place.

Moved into a CBM community nearly 16 months ago. All I can say is beyond incompetent. Our CAM (Rashid) has an excuse for everything and points the finger at everyone else (except the real problem, HIM). The BOD (with exception of one member) tries their best to take on everything (majority of which the CAM is supposed to do, per contract, but fails at the most basic aspects of his job). The CAM and CBM allow one board member to contently be out of line, verbally accost and verbally attack homeowners, and other board members, with no consequence at all. We lived in a Castle Breckenridge managed property for over 5 years. They were always very professional and helpful. Being a property manager is a thankless job with people only coming to you with problems. I appreciate all they (specifically Ashley) did during our time there and all the help they provided during the sale of our condo.

This company is the worst ever - wont respond to any repair requests and some of them are safety issues - DO NOT USE this company - horrible

Update as of April 2026: If I could give negative stars to this business I would. They are the HOA managers for Mission La Vega condominiums. The maintenance is pretty much nonexistent. While we pay over $600.00 a month in HOA fees our complex is run down, paint peeling on trash enclosures that are falling apart, cable and satellite cables hanging haphazardly all over the complex. Multiple lights burned out in the common areas. Leaves grass and twigs not cleaned off of the common sidewalks. Residents hanging bags of bird seeds in the trees near the driveways attracting mice and rats that have …

I rent a unit managed by Castle Breckenridge. Leak in ceiling was reported 2 weeks ago, and they still have not had anybody by to address the issues. And more rain tomorrow! Absolute lack of concern for health of tenants.

Therese was very helpful this weekend when my car got towed. Wrongfully. She took time out of her personal day to assist us in rectifying the situation. Because of her I am able to enjoy my weekend with a little bit less stress. Thank you!
