I see that this company already has a low rating, so I hope that I can help lower it even more if it can save people from using them. I wish that I could write a review lower than one star because words cannot describe how incompetent this management company is. Luckily, they no longer manage my property but the year that they did, they were nothing but a headache. They are incredibly unresponsive and I find this completely unprofessional. My HOA tried out this company for a year and I'm still amazed how terrible it was! The other bad reviews are true - the lying, money mismanagement, ignoring calls/emails, hostility, not actually doing any work. All of it. Cheryl was our point of contact and her behavior was straight up bananas. It's wild to me that they are still in business.

This company runs our HOA, they do absolutely nothing. Some of the homes in the community are falling apart and this causes the neighbors lose value in their property. They ignore you and do nothing. Worst company ever

This is the worst management company ever. This is regarding as to being an HOA management company. Interesting that they either get 5 stars or one. I have called multiple times with the same issue over a two month+ problem. They say they'll call me back but they don't. They say they'll send a letter explaining, but seven days later, I haven't received their letter. They took my email address, but didn't use it. PAY ATTENTION TO THE ONE STARS! THEY ARE ACCURATE!

Worst property managers ever!!!!! My parents decided to trust this company with their rental property because they wanted to do things the right way and find good tenants without any headaches. Lived on one of their properties they managed for over a year, they were wonderful property managers. Our water heater went out while living there was replaced and fixed in less than 3 hours from notifying them. Every question I had concerning the property they answered timely and was very helpful. They always reached out to the property owner and got back to me very quickly as well. We really enjoyed living in our apartment with them as the manger. We would have continued to rent had we not moved towns.
