Worse HOA I’ve ever dealt with. Takes them years to get serious repairs completed. This is a company that doesn’t get the job completed until you sue or threaten to sue.
Worthless just like every other HOA, take your money and don't do a damn thing, haven't had a garage since April of 2024, still no progress made, don't even deserve one star, sucks we all have to deal with them.
Amber and her team (Ra'shaun and Cory) were extremely helpful. I needed HOA documentation in order to facilitate my unit sale that was closing in 3 days. Without it I would have lost the deal. Everyone was amazing and took a personal interest in helping me. Thank you!!
