I’ve owned a tenant-occupied condo for 14 years in a building whose HOA is overseen by Citadel, in addition to other properties in the San Diego overseen by others. Geoff and Citadel is the most responsive and professional HOA company we’ve ever worked with. It’s incredibly valuable to know that the building is well managed and my husband and I are very appreciative. Top-notch.

We at Saranac Villas love Geoff and his team. Geoff is the owner at Citadel and he is a hands on guy and not afraid to go the extra mile. He gives valuable inputs during our HOA meeting and offers great/ quick solutions that falls within the budget. Geoff provide the level of quality work and he is done it with integrity. Never cut corners and really a pleasure to work with Geoff.
