I had an extremely frustrating experience with Core Management, specifically Jorge. After selling my home, both I and the escrow company provided all required documentation confirming the transfer of ownership. Despite this, I continue to receive HOA bills for a property I no longer own. What’s particularly concerning is that this is not due to missing information. I have never had so many problems with a company simply cashing a check. They have lost four checks in the past 2-3 years. The company is in Oceanside but payments are sent to LA. to be processed. Between the two locations commutation is nonexistent. The USPS has been blamed each time but Core Management has neve reported or filed a complaint to the USPS. Because of this I was told to drop the payment in their secure drop box outside their office in Oceanside. This worked for about three months.
