Terrible property management company. We live in a new community and Corvus was forced down our throats as our default PM company. Unfortunately a few homes in our community have some water issues, but on more than one occasion the entire neighborhoods water has been shut off with no warning. I cant illustrate how frustrating this can be with a newborn at home and plans made for the day. Do better.

Big thanks to our HOA management team, especially Gina Carriola for doing such a great job helping coordinate the community garage sale! Their communication with residents, help with planning, and support behind the scenes really made a difference. Everything went smoothly, and it was awesome to see so many neighbors join in and have fun. Hello! I have had a great experience that I would like to share and say about Brenda Maldonado, recently receiving an email reminding me about HOA regulations, I was worried on potential impacts, and it seeming I was purposely not following them, I responded back. Brenda reached out and went above and beyond to explain to me what was going on and was able to answer all my questions regarding the situation. She was professional and unbiased leading to me having no other worries in regards to it all. Still grateful for her support.
