I have been a part of the HOA membership of West Gardens for the past 3 years and have experience our prior management companies not doing anything they were supposed to except bill us for undone items they claimed were done. In changing over to Curamus in the past 1.5 years our HOA has gone from unknowing to having facts and ways to tackle items to better our community. Aaron has been very responsive and detailed in the items we have asked of him. We are on the upside of the downword spiral we were on. THANK YOU Aaron!!
