D&M Property Management is an excellent property management company that I am pleased to recommend. I lived in an apartment managed by D&M for almost 5 years and it was a great experience. The property was maintained really well, any time there was a maintenance issue it was easy to navigate the portal and was taken care of in a timely manner. Communication was strong whenever there was something happening that pertained to the apartment (roof work, routine city water shutoff, etc).
