Absolutely do not rent from this property management group, they are horribly rude and unprofessional! My two roomates and I had paid the security deposit on a property managed by del sol, less than a week before we got the keys we found out the property had a history of black mold that was not disclosed. When we brought our concerns to the three ladies that manage the apartment, they immediately offered us our security deposit back with no hesitation. We communicated that we simply were concerned and wanted to know if the mold had been resolved, they stated they had brought in a mold removal …
Company is terrible on taking care of tenants!!! Rip off of my deposit!!!! Always paid in time and keepd the place real clean!!! Don't rent from them
