Great to work with negotiating a new lease after a year.
We love the rental we found but the house was not move in clean which caused a debate and argument with frustrating exchanges with this property manager. It was good during the application process but not after we signed the lease & moved in from day one. Made my life very stressful. We are very good renters and deserve better treatment. Update after 1 year: that the property manager has good communication and helpful during renewal negotiations. The home owners do not care to keep up the landscape and minimal repairs for renters. No fault to the PM.
