I never thought I would hire a property management company to list and manage my luxury condo downtown. I grew up with a family-owned property management company so I never thought I’d find anyone as good as my Dad. But then I met Jamie and his team at Downtown Condo Guys. They were so knowledgeable so professional, and so protective of me as an owner. They did everything they could to quickly get my home rented to a good long-term tenant and took away all the headache of being a Landlord. It’s so so worth every penny!.

We have been wintering in San Diego from Minnesota for 16 years. This past winter, we opted to rent a unit through Downtown Condo Guys. It was disaster from the beginning, right through until even after we left. To be fair, the unit was not prepared to be rented. The plumbing was disfunctional a good share of the time; we used plungers in tub and shower; the light fixture series in bath went out completely for five days before repair; the freezer malfunctioned, melting on the floor; handymen came and went at will to assemble furniture, remove furniture; requests made for repairs were slow at r…

Downtown Condo Guys now offer a handyman service for downtown residents. We had them do two small jobs that were not terribly difficult, but were small enough that it would be hard to get others to pay attention to them. Both tasks (carpet re-stretch and installation of pendant lighting) were done well, without hassle and quickly. They were also very quick to respond and very customer oriented.
