As an owner, I have had an amazing experience with Durante & Rich. They have been efficient on maintenance requests and organized with coordination. Highly suggest using them to manage your property. Tenants are very difficult to deal with and seem to always have an issue. I have found the people at Durante & Rich have my back and deal with the tenants in a professional manner.

Almost a year away from living with Durante and Rich and we still feel burnt by them. We were given a filthy home filled with the owners junk, then charged to remove the same junk when we moved out. Return our deposit now. Stay far away anyone considering using them. Hardly any communication, it was funny they called me about my review when we couldn't get them on the phone for weeks at a time .

Writing this review so you can learn from my mistake. California allows tenants to stop paying their rent if a landlord does not meet certain legal standards. Google your tenant rights! We were promised a clean home with fresh paint, central air, and functioning heat. We were delivered a dirty, filled with literal truck loads of junk home with no functioning heat or air, and then Durante & Rich kept our deposit despite the home being returned in much better condition than it was given to us. Do not give these people your business. Let my year spent in an unheated, dilapidated property, that was received dirty, with an inaccurate listing be a free lesson to you. Look elsewhere. Edit as of 1/05/26. These people are still the worst. Give us back our deposit!

Honestly, my experience with durante and rich real estate has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I am glad that this is now over. We have been in a month long struggle with Jessica radosevich and I have left over 14 voice-mails to her, and then at the last minute, they were wanting us to send rent and down payment without a signed lease, which is a blatant failure to their fiduciary duty to the renters. Read the Yelp reviews! Run! Please run the other way even if you love the property, and property owners PLEASE do not entrust this "business" with your home. We don't wish this nightmare on anyone.
