Terrible experience. Dwell failed to do their inspections, tenant destroyed our unit, and cost thousands to repair and lost revenue. Very disappointed with Dwell’s neglect of their fiduciary obligation and response. If you are a property owner seeking a management company, I would look elsewhere.

We recommend Dwell for your landlord 100%! From the very beginning during showings and application process, they have been above and beyond in service. Even during the move in process, Dwell was so supportive and accommodating! Natalie, Thomas, and the maintenance team are excellent. If there is ever an issue with your rental, you will feel like a priority as they take care of you in the best ways. Dishonest! Our garbage disposal wasn’t working so one of them came out and literally pushed a button on it and it worked (we should have just googled). A few months later we’re getting a 200 bill for “waste removal and replacement” for the disposal… Like we threw a ton of junk in there and broke it and it had to be replaced… Another time they added caulk to our shower and charged a ton of money (full retail) for the supplies that I know they already had because I saw them. Another time I emailed and asked for help with a list of things, 4 months later I send another email and the receptionis…

Dwell Management takes care of the repairs very quickly and efficiently. Natalie is so great to work with and her maintenance team is awesome.

This property management company is undoubtedly one of the worst experiences you can have as a tenant, and perhaps even as a homeowner. Firstly, they impose an unreasonable time frame of less than 24 hours to submit the deposit, which we reluctantly complied with. Then, they make you wait the full 21 days to return your security deposit. Throughout our year-long tenancy, we encountered issues in the apartment on 8 out of 12 months rent, and their solutions were consistently inadequate. I've been a tenant with Dwell Management for 6.5 years, and I can't express enough how grateful I am to have landlords like them. They are the epitome of fairness, honesty, and professionalism. From the transparent lease process to their swift response to maintenance requests, they've consistently exceeded my expectations. We feel blessed to live here. I wholeheartedly recommend Dwell Management for a top-notch rental experience.
