We moved in to the Casa Blanca property about a week ago, and we love the place. They were very responsive and friendly, and they were more than willing to help us navigate getting this apartment while my husband’s BAH was still on hold thanks to the shut down. The apartment is in great shape, and I’m so excited to hit that jacuzzi. Everyone we’ve met so far from Elevate has been great, and we are glad we chose this place.

I have live at Prime for about 3 years now, and it's been great. The landlord give me what I never got before - peace of mind and clear communication. For the techie, they run things smoothly with web app. My studio is modern and tall with an industrial vibe, and the location is awesome. So many coffee shops nearby if you work from home. This is actually the longest I've stayed anywhere as a renter, it has all I need without making me pay for extra stuff I would not use. And if you're an introvert like me or like walking around city. Great property management company. Very responsive. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely fashion. And very happy with our onsite property manager Aaron. Very friendly and makes sure tenants are content. Overall I am satisfied with their service.

In the few months that we have lived in an Elevate SD property me and my roommate have had a great experience. The property manager Irina is great at communicating and has made it easy to resolve minor issues we have had thus far.

I have lived in a property in North Park managed by Elevate SD Properties for just under four years. I have had a very positive experience with the company. The property is clean and well maintained. Irina is very professional and communicative about the property and her staff has always responded to any issues in a timely manner.

I love Irina and Elevate SD properties. As a tenant it’s more than the home that I’m living out of but also about the management service. They are professional and very communicative. They let me be me with my pups. They do not dictate what type of tenant I should be but respects my space. They are also very tentative with any maintenance repairs that comes up. Awesome handyman who’s very knowledgeable and very professional. And doesn’t mind my pups 🐶 either. ❤️

I lived at lofts on Laurel in bankers hill for 3 years and I cant say enough good things. The apartments are amazing with ocean views, the management is extremely timely and respectful to all residents, but the neighborhood is what I’ll truly miss the most. Bankers hill is amazing—the food, the parks, the views, it’s the perfect mix of being downtown, yet still out of the mix. My experience renting under Elevate SD Properties was great and I’m grateful!
