The team at Elevate have been a lifesaver for me! I was previously trying to self-manage my vacation rental and had to keep dealing with issues at all hours of the day/night and it was becoming a huge headache. Since I hired them I’ve finally been able to relax on vacation AND they’re making me more money even after their management fee comes out!

Billy is one of the best Airbnb managers I know. He’s very diligent, understands how to make revenue for the home and takes care of it like his own. His whole team is super personable! Would recommend to anybody!

Beware Vrbo customers! I booked the main Ranch House in Valley Center for my US Army Vets reunion. Several months after booking I get a call from Cedrick at Elevate stating that thay could no longer honor the booking, (due to Vrbo messing up THEIR calender)a lie of course, however they could offer a smaller house on the same ranch for $125 less. Begrudgingly, I accepted the offer as most other properties were no longer available. Then weeks later I get a text message from Cedrick stating they can not honor the booking for the smaller house either, and that I sould cancel the reservation. Vrbo …
