Amanda Martinez, as community manager for Marbella HOA, does an excellent job advising the board members of the by-laws, rules, and regulations. Also, she coordinates our legal issues with our legal council and assists in billing, budgets, contracts and the reserve account. Amanda, is good at keeping the HOA board focused and up to date.

Amanda is a great manager, who cares about issues and has a lot of knowledge and experience. She leads the Board according to new laws and HOA documents.

Amanda Martinez & Elite took over property management at our HOA a couple of years ago. Our HOA had a lot of challenges left by the previous management company. However, with Amanda's help, we are beginning to see a light at the end of the tunnel.

So glad to have Amanda at Elite working with our HOA board and committees to help keep everything functioning well. She has also been responsive and available to us homeowners individually and has proven to be a valuable resource when questions arise in our community.

It is very evident based on all 1 star ratings how worst this HOA is. There should be option to give 0 star ratings too & this elite management deserves a big ZERO. Only suck the money out of people & leave the homeowners to the mercy of daily pleading. How can an HOA be so irresponsible where there is no accountability for any property issues. Please beware of this so un-elite & dishonest property management company.

100% USELESS! I never get a reply or help with resolving an issue at the condo we own. It's pathetic that they can't return an e-mail at all after multiple attempts!

One of the worst team out there. HOA just keeps increasing for literally nothing except for paying their good for nothing employees. Please check before you buy a property & if these guys are maintaining it, I would warn you to give it a second thought.

Sadly, my complaints mirror most of the 1-star reviews in this thread: this organization simply does not care for their customer. In addition, they basically understand their customer to be only the person who pays them directly, namely, condo owners. However, from a broader professional perspective, residents of their HOA communities, people who pay rent to the actual homeowners, are indeed part of their customers pool, although they receive no recognition nor regard pertaining to their complaints.
