Elite Real Estate Services, Inc. has done an excellent job managing our community. Even with a limited operating budget, they work hard to keep the property well maintained and address issues promptly. We have been tenants of elite property Management for 9 days and very unimpressed. We still have no trash cans, but we're paying for trash service. Evidently there were squatters at our property before we moved in. We did not know this and now they have broken into our property. Tried to get into our house after 9 days of living here. Numerous things wrong inside the property and we have yet for them to respond

Terrance at Elite went above and beyond and came over to fix my hall light because I was too short to reach it even with a stepstool.lol He is timely with responding when I have any issues and makes me feel like a valued tenant. 😃 thanks again!
