I’ve been working with The Equity Company for quite some time now and it’s always been a great experience. They’re friendly, easy to work with, and do a really good job communicating and getting back to you quickly. Andy and Sonja have been awesome to work with—very reliable and always on top of things. I really appreciate their prompt service and support, and I’m glad to continue working with them.

Andy managed my property for the last years. He and his co-workers were great: very responsive and reliable. He also goes out of his way to protect the interests of the landlord. I can highly recommend the company.

Our experience with this leasing company ended on an incredibly disappointing and frustrating note. The owner left an old, damaged TV mounted in the home before we moved in, and we unfortunately missed that it was listed as included in the lease. Because of its condition, we were under the reasonable impression that we could dispose of it, especially since we discussed this with an employee upon move-in. Unfortunately, that conversation wasn’t documented, so we understood we could be responsible for replacing it but we expected a reasonable and fair resolution given the TV’s age and damaged co…

Had a poor experience with this company. Inquired on a home from them at $4,000/mo and asked if it had air conditioning. This was a requirement since we both work from home and have two small children. The representative confirmed it did indeed have AC, so we signed the 1yr lease. Upon moving in, we discovered there was no AC. After filing a complaint, they reach out and said they'd be willing to install AC at our expense ($5,000) but the unit would remain at the house after move out. Had no issue with the company until we put our 30 day notice. The constant scheduling of viewings while we were still living there was adding stress to our move out process. Our privacy felt like it was not taken into consideration nor was our schedules. Unfortunately we felt as if we were being kicked out or rushed to move out rather than a smooth move out that we expected.

I’ve been renting from The Equity Compny for almost 5 years and my personal experience with them has been great. Andy and the team always respond to my emails quickly. I would definitely recommend them as a property management firm.

I was a tenant at a property managed by The Equity Company for four years, and only have the highest things to say about them. Communication with them was always easy and prompt, using their payment portal is not difficult, and all of the staff were very friendly. They actually appreciate and respect good tenants, so if you are one, they're a good company to deal with! I'd be happy to live in one of the properties they manage again in the future!
