My rental house has been managed by Fairgrove PM for a couple of years and I have recently had the pleasure to work with Natalie Rastegarpour. My home is currently vacant and Natalie has been very professional, available and a problem solver during this stressful time. She is a true gem and I feel an incredible asset for Fairgrove PM

My property manager, Lou goes above and beyond for our complex. He’s friendly and very helpful. He personally fixed my garbage disposal and is always making sure our courtyard is clean and a nice place for residents to enjoy. He makes living in our building great!

Very frustrating experience trying to get in touch with management. Every time you call, they send you to another person or tell you to email someone else. Calls are never answered and emails go unanswered as well. Poor communication and no accountability. No wonder this place keeps changing ownership. Customer service and management need major improvement

If you looking for a property management this company should be your last resort.. I stay on one of the property they manage they have a horrible service to the people living on the property they managed. Giving the residents false time and information on service like water and essential services you wee all neee in a every day basis..

Fairgrove Property Management is the absolute worst landlord I have ever dealt with. I’ve lived at the properties managed by the “worst” such as Greystar and would pay a premium to live there over one of Fairgrove’s properties. 1. On 9/12, the Liberty Row property experienced severe power issues. Power was flickering in the units and personal electronics were being damaged. The landlord was nonresponsive for approximately 12 hours. I made multiple calls and was transferred to a third party service who informed I’d be getting a call back from Fritz in maintenance. Horrible property management to rent from. They took 90% of my security deposit when I left it in good standing and no damages. I will never rent with them again.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS MANAGEMENT. Their communication is beyond horrible and took us WEEKS to get roaches out of our apartment because they didn’t think to give us the right information. DO NOT LIVE AT WILLIE JAMES.

When being a renter, fairgrove is your management worst service ever !!!!!! They have you in the limbo. They’ll contact you whenever they feel like it especially if you keep calling and getting on their nerve for trying to get a solution on a non working fridge for 2 weeks. They took over a month for them to pick up accumulated trash that was over flowing on the side walks and got infested with mice and rats their lack of maintenance is poor… and the team behind them….. list can go on….. apartment are not luxurious nor the area but their work ethic and accountability none………..

here's an update: May 2026. nothing has changed. (re-read)The property of Winona Avenue there are neighbors that live above me that make noise all night I can't get any sleep. Several times this was reported to the onsite manager. The noise is hard to hear because it's very low frequency, it shakes the walls and then my floor gets shook and keeps me awake. Also I noticed different cars parking in the parking space at different times of the day. It's in number 12. This has been going on for *4 years*. I told the onsite manager and she keeps saying she can't do anything about it.

Ever since this company took over our apartment complex, we have had so many issues. Ridiculous parking rules and poor maintenance. Office managers are never on site. Not to mention that when we bring up issues to the managers, we need to remind them multiple times and threaten to leave before anything is done to resolve issues. They purposely call their parking company in the middle of the night to come tow people’s cars and issue tickets for whatever they can. I am so grateful for this management company. They are SO professional. My family and I were in a unique situation where we had a couple weeks to secure a spot. We found the house we wanted to rent and they made the application process QUICK and seamless. They are quick with fulfilling maintenance requests as well. Unfortunately the brand new fridge that we had stopped working. They ensured we received a new fridge promptly and credited us when we had to replace the food we lost. We worked with Natasha during our lease, and we had a beyond amazing experience. It’s rare to find a property management company and leasing agent as attentive and professional as Natasha and her team. They are by far the best in San Diego.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company. It seems that if you’re not renting one of their luxury properties, they do not prioritize your concerns or provide adequate service. There is a consistent pattern of neglect when it comes to necessary maintenance and repairs, seemingly to cut costs. Upon moving in, I encountered numerous issues, including dead roaches that were not cleaned up, nails protruding from the carpet, damaged flooring, no hot water, and low water pressure, among other problems. How does this place have such high ratings when they steal tenants' deposit money? It's illegal to take out third party cleaning fees and utilities from a deposit. Multiple legal advisors have informed me of this, so beware of their tactics! We had a move-out inspection and the very unprofessional property manager claimed nothing more than 'normal wear and tear' and they stole over $500 from my deposit at their Alva Gardens property in Chula Vista. Paris Falloon has been with the property for a few months now and since she arrived has been nothing but disrespectful and rude. Her introduction to our complex was a lengthy text message that included her threatening everyone about parking and rental agreements. Even when I see her on the property she is very unfriendly even yelling at people from across the parking lots. Lebon Powell helped fix our AC! It has been broken for a few days and he came in and quickly got it up and running. He was friendly, professional, and informative during the process and we were super happy he was able to get it to work again in time for Summer!

Recently had an issue with a wasps nest. Not a worry - I called Gilberto Lopez and he had this problem addressed immediately. Any time I need to something he is always so courteous and helpful. Strongly recommend!

The apartment I rent changed Proprety management and Fairgrove was the new one. It happens that the front part of my oven broken and fell on my foot. I didn’t get a bad injury but it was painful. I placed a work order in July 25th. This is when problems started. I didn’t get any answer or communication from anyone for 7 days. When I decided to call I was told that someone will call me to schedule a time. I have had an issue with my neighbor who lives in the apartment below me. He’s been smoking cigarettes daily. After buying an air purifier, I went to Zulay to let her know the problem and asked for relief. Zulay has kept me informed while working on the problem. The problem has subsided but Zulay has not stopped working on a final resolution! I am confident that the issue can be quickly be resolved. I greatly appreciate all of Zulay’s help and support! Live at the Beadnell property. The manager Zulay and William here are great, wish they would install window AC units, especially on the west facing units.

Lisa Clark is the Property manager at Jefferson 1. She is a great manager. She has made beautiful gardens in the back.She has had community garage sales in the courtyard.She has had community meals and activities. This review is for Gilberto Lopez as he was the one that assisted me with getting my fridge fixed. I have to say that the vender was not a nice man and very unprofessional. Vendor wanted to wait a whole week to come fix our fridge because I was unable to tell him what was wrong with fridge but Gilbert was not only an awesome listener but he advocated and was able to get a vender out the next day! I have talked to Gilbert a couple times and he has always been extremely helpful. Thank you Gilbert for being approachable and having a great attitude!

Super fast and great work! Diego, the maintenance coordinator, quickly got someone to fix my light and closet rod. Hector, the tech, was excellent, sent me photos of the work, and was careful with my cat.

My family rented a Fairgrove property for more than two years and had a very good experience. The office was very responsive with property maintenance requests and always friendly.

Kinny the head of maintenance has made a few repair trips to my apartment. He's the nicest person; my cat even tolerates him, and she hates everyone. He stays until everything is fixed, and he seems like the soul of patience. He's super resourceful - I think he can fix anything.

Thank you to Hector for being so helpful and efficient in fixing my apartment’s outlets! He also did some extra things around the unit that needed fixing. He went above and beyond!

I lived at Jefferson House #1 in Carlsbad for 11 years. Lisa Clark is the best manager that has been here during my time in my opinion. She is very caring and treats each resident with respect. Hector was awesome! He showed up on time, checked out the issue and ran to Home Depot right away to pick up the part we needed for our toilet. He came back quickly and got it fixed up and working right! Highly recommend. Diego was also very helpful with scheduling and making sure someone came out right away. He even called to check in after Hector was done to make sure everything was working again. Great team at Fairgrove!

Diego and Michael handled my issue with a water leak for a water line that was capped off. Issue was resolved on the same day I put in the maintenance request.

I got a problem with the dishwasher and Abraham Antonio was very nice of him to help me out

Had an issue under my sink and had two plumbers come see it before and would do the bare minimum . But when Hector and Diego came , they immediately saw the issue and fixed it how it should’ve been fixed . In case anyone needs something done , I’d ask for them . My living room light stopped working and Diego and Hector had it fixed by the next day! Greatly appreciated!

I recently moved into my apartment. There were a few things that still needed maintenance. I relayed this to Yvette and Diego came and took care of everything the next day. About a week later there was a water leak in the wall and they took my tile out to fix it. It took them about a week and a half to take care of everything. Michael came and took care of the dry wall. Diego communicated with me very well about the tile vendor coming to fix the wall. Overall although the apartment was not ready. Everything got taken care of.

Abraham was great. Very efficient and concerned about getting us the help we needed. Thanks .

I have lived in my apartment for over 3 years. My property manager Lynda always goes above and beyond!! The property is very well maintained and safe! Natasha (I believe she is a regional manager) is extremely helpful and resourceful. One thing I would appreciate would be more parking, my son doesn't have a parking spot and sometimes has to park blocks away and no visitor parking.

Five stars for the Maintenance Department. An overhead light outside my apartment was flashing on and off. I submitted a request to have it fixed. I received a prompt initial response from Deigo, and an update later that new parts were needed. Shortly after that Joshua was outside with a ladder fixing the light. I was impressed how quickly and efficiently it was handled.

Kinny, our maintenance star, is the best! Not only is he efficient, polite and respectful, he is always willing to help and support any resident’s needs. Please promote him but keep him at Jefferson II.

Anytime I have a maintenance issue Lesley and Luis take care of it in a timely manner. I am very happy here.

Natasha Petros is my PM. She advocates for myself and my housemates and I’m grateful to have her. Sometimes the company is a little slow to respond, but Natasha always handles my concerns with a lot of kindness. Happy to work with her and rely on her for my tenant needs.

Village Apartments are great! So clean and quite. I also cant say enough about our apartment manager Debbie. She is fantastic! Always available and extremely helpful. Our maintenance team led by Kinny is just as fantastic! Love living here!

We have been living at Jefferson for 4.5 years and Debbie Sullivan has been our building manager throughout our residence. She is the best. Always available, professional and responsive to our needs. We know she is very busy but she always finds time to communicate with everyone regarding anything that is happening on the property. Also, the maintenance crew is fantastic. Kinny and Diego have been wonderful. They are really efficient and knowledgable as well as always pleasant. All in all the experience with all facets of this property mgmt. group has been great.

My door lock became faulty to the point of not being able to lock/unlock. Thanks to Diego's quick response times and Hector's tech knowledge magic, my lock was rekeyed swiftly and in less than 24 hours of requesting service. This is the second time I had to call on their service, and both times communication was seamless and friendly.

Kenny is the best. He always has a nice smile is very polite and personable. But most of all he knows what he’s doing and he gets the job done correctly and expeditiously. I’m really glad that Kenny is here. I don’t call from maintenance often but when I do, it’s usually something that needs to get done and he has always been there and done it right we all love you here.I also want to add that Diego is very helpful in getting my appointment scheduled and coordinated so I can be home for any questions. I know I had previously posted a review with a 4 star rating, but that was just my experience with a maintenance issue. I currently reside in one of the Vista properties under Fairgrove Property Management. This place has become nearly UNinhabitable. I've lived here over 10 years, and we first moved in, this property was clean! Every morning, at 6am, I'd see the previous landlord picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness of the property. We have lived here in oak villa apartments for 5 years. The experience has been interesting. For one, the location you can’t beat. So close to the beach and walking distance to so many good restaurants and stores. However we’ve had many landlords who have let us down, until now. Finally we have Lisa in office who is such a sweetheart. She brings the community together, and strives to do her best. We have a lot of respect and gratitude for Lisa.

I needed quite a few things replaced in the apartment. The fridge needed a new guard liner and they ended up getting me a bran new refrigerator. The old one needed to be replaced already. I had an issue with the bathroom electricity turning off abruptly for a while and turning back on. I called and Diego scheduled, for someone to come check the electricity out and they fixed it immediately. I also asked for Diego to have someone clean outside our door , and he scheduled Hector to come clean it. It smells great. I am writing this review for Lisa Clark, the new onsite manager at Jefferson House 1 propertyy. Since she took over the day to day managing of the property I feel like we have someone who really cares about the residents and the property. Our property looks festive and well maintained. Last week I had an issue with my refrigerator it was freezing all my food i submitted my maintance request to fairgrove team promptly responded, Gilberto Lopez was on top of my problem he was able to send someone and got it fix same day !! Even after the problem was solve Gilberto was making sure i was happy and there were no other issues,excellent customer service.

I am a resident at 1122 Felspar St I have been here for four and a half years. When I need maintenance, I find that I get quick turn around today I needed my toilet issue repaired. I also need to change the spigot changed for my kitchen sink. In both cases the work was timely, friendly and knowledgeable. When Hector replaced the spout from the faucet, he replaced the spout with a much nicer one. Today was a pleasant experience with Hector and Diego.

Abraham had helped me get a plumber to come in to fix the toilet that running improperly to come out at the same day. I really appreciate his prompt replied to my request. He's done a very good job.

Gilberto Lopez got us the different technicians we needed to replace our microwave. It needed a carpenter because years ago, someone had crowded the space for it with masonite or something. Then when it was installed, my roommate heard a buzzing from the circuit breaker box. Gilberto got us an electrician who replaced the whole circuit breaker box and a bus. Despite the complications, Gilberto took care of it quickly and painless. Thanks, Gilberto! I give you a five! Have a good one!

I am very pleased with our Manager Lesley and maintenance man Luis. She is a very kind, straightforward, and helpful person. Any time we have had something wrong with our apartment they are very quick to get it done. Luis is amazing and also a very kind man who does an amazing job. Very professional both of them.

Diego and Kinny are both polite, professional and knowledgeable maintenance professionals! They arrived on time, saw to their work and made sure I didn’t need anything else looked at before leaving!

Maintenance issue review: I had an urgent issue with my shower. The water wouldn't shut off. Gilberto Lopez took care of the issue super fast. Our shower was shut off soon after calling in the problem. Then the faucet was fixed the next day. It works like new. Thanks Gilberto for the fast service!

My bedroom light stopped working abruptly and I contacted our property manager Yvette. I received same day service with the help of Diego and Michael. Michael showed up and assessed the situation. After several attempts he determined I needed a new fixture. He drove to Home Depot and got a new one, replaced the fixture and I was able to have light again. It was a smooth transaction. I’m very pleased with this team and their effectiveness to get the job done in a timely manner without disruption to my schedule.

In regards to the company as a whole, we've been with fairgrove for almost 4 years now and haven't had any problems. Regarding their maintenance team, I had some maintenance that needed to be done and their maintenance service is the best. They responded in less than 24 hours. Hector was the best and very kind, proffesional and made sure the job was well done and he was rcplaining everythkng as he went. Diego David, their coordinator, made sure to follow up before and after their visit to ensure everything was good. Again their maintenance team is quick to respond and awesome!

I was very impressed by the responsiveness of the Fairgrove PMC maintenance coordinator, Diego, and Hector was very kind and conscientious. Hector arrived right at the start of the designated window for maintenance, and he demonstrated why an appliance was not working correctly. He promptly addressed our concerns and was eager to help. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Fairgrove Property Management responds promptly to service requests within 24hrs. Gilberto Lopez and the entire Service team are professional and have completed repairs within a timely manner. The maintenance staff and landscapers/gardeners are very friendly and helpful.

Hi. Lisa Clark is the property manager where I live. She does such a great job, I wanted to write a review. I’ve had a couple of minor issues in my apartment and she was very responsive in getting them fixed quickly. She’s always around, working hard, often in the garden keeping the landscaping looking nice. She also decorates for the holidays which everyone enjoys. I especially notice the care she provides for the tenants which I believe is above and beyond her official duties. Some of them are older and need extra help. Recommend highly!

Hector came to fix our garbage disposal today. He quickly realized that it needed to be replaced and drove to Home Depot and purchased a new one. Hector was on time, professional, friendly and was able to fix, resolve, or offer follow up for all the concerns and repairs needed. The apartment door lock broke on the weekend and I called Fairgrove Property management who manage the property and they were able to fix the problem quickly so I could gain access to my apartment. Gilberto Lopez and The resident manager Zenia were very responsive and made sure the access issue was quickly resolved.

Lou Capuano has been the best onsite property manager that I ever had. He has always been very responsive, accommodating and willing to help: changing a parking spot, fixing a garbage disposal - Lou was always there to resolve the issue. He can be even available during the weekend if someone needs him. The building is kept cleaned and well maintained. It's been a pleasure living in the building managed by such a professional manager.

Edna Ruiz at Georgia Palms Apartments is the BEST property manager I’ve ever had.
