Danielle Monteverde is exceptional and should be highly valued in the execution of her FBS duties. During an extensive repair at my rental property, Danielle was superb in working with the vendors, insurance adjuster, residents and me (property owner). She kept me up to date on progress, coordinated all work efforts and provided the insurance claim adjuster all information requested. I graciously thank Danielle!

Enjoyed my stay at in North Park. Management was responsive via text or email. Tough to sometimes get ahold via phone. Things got resolved usually right away if necessary. My only wish during my time was that management or the ones hired to work on the request to only reach out to the one who put in the request in the household. Texts to multiple members can leave confusion, annoyance or it doesn’t have to do with the other tenants living space. Our family recently moved into a 2br/2bth apartment, since the move we have really turned our new place into a lovely home. Melissa, Natalie, Renae & the property management in general have gone out of their way to help us through out the move-in process. Landlords are often quite bad but FBS has always been upstanding and receptive in my interactions with them. Kaylie does great work making sure our needs and questions are met promptly.

Danielle and team have been great in my two+ years with them. All service requests and questions are responded to within a few hours and they jump on fixing whatever has been needed in the house. Quick and easy payment setup and communication via texts make everything so much easier to not have about to worry about the team getting back to you.

I really didn’t want to go in, but I have no choice but to do so. first and foremost this is not even an itemized list your charging me all kinda of fees and putting $955 when it should of been itemized with the price of whatever you’re charging me for. Regarding the blinds I just paid $450 for faux wood blinds for my new home it was about 7 windows, and your charging me idk how much on that $955 for some flimsy cheap blinds yall put on, of course they going to get damaged they are CHEAP. I looked on amazon they are about $14-28 per blind bf. now yall wanting to charging me for the cabinets? …

Everytime I've had an issue they have resolved the matter in a timely manner and communicated well about the issue or concern. They've helped me with my water heater, garbage disposal, defective smoke alarm, and billing questions. Thank you FBS!

Property management is not easy. I imagine it’s tough to balance renter and owner needs. That’s why I wanted to leave a review for FBS. This has by far been my best experience with a property management company. Natalie in particular is so kind and responsive; she goes above and beyond for tenants and I’m so grateful! We have been leasing our residence from FBS for a few years now. Our experience has been great. Special mention to Danielle, Angela and Valerie who we have worked through out the years and have always been very helpful and nice! Every time there is an issue at the house the response is quick and efficient. Easy to communicate with them and to request maintenance. I highly recommend FBS Property Management! Beware. Read all of the reviews and talk to current renters if possible. They do, in fact, make up bogus reasons to keep your deposit. They also lied to the property owner about a black mold issue that I made them aware of, and they asked me not to point it out to any prospective tenants that I may cross paths with as I was moving out.

UPDATE (not sure how to make a new review so I’ll just add to the one I did two years ago): We’ve rented in a LOT of places as a military family, and I can honestly say FBS Property Management has been the best property management company we’ve ever worked with. We were with them for two years and everything was just so easy. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly (usually within 24/48 hours), and communication was always clear and super respectful every time. This location was amazing. Perfectly located between Little Italy and Gaslamp. The walk in either direction is 10 min max. The view was really nice with awesome sunsets over downtown. The unit itself was very spacious and is well kept. You have a gated parking spot which was very helpful, you can street park as well it was not bad. It is definitely a unit to look at, if i wasn’t in the buying market i would have stayed here.
