I rented through GKPM for 3 years and it was a very professional, friendly, and worry free experience. We have been renting a home that gold key manages for a little over 3 years now and it has been a great experience. The team responds quickly to any question or concerns. They have even helped us by letting us borrow a portable ac unit while our ac was being fixed. Kristen has been so great with any of our Maintence requests and even follows up to make sure everything is working properly.
