I can say it has been a real delight to work with the property manager Logan, along with Sam and the rest of his team since the end of last year. They have responded quickly whenever we have needed them. They were able to work directly with the City of San Diego on our behalf on short notice. They have become our eyes and ears at the property because we live out of the area at this point in time. They are very professional. The property manager was overall great to work with. Whenever we had any repairs needed at the house, they took care of it quickly and coordinated with us well. Isabella was also quick at taking care of a request I had for her. Overall good experience!

We have had such a difficult time with this company. The team member we normally deal with has always been so kind and sincere when listening to our concerns. However, from what it sounds like his hands are tied due to conflicts with upper level management. Beware when renting if this company represents the property.

UPDATE 04/13/2026 (response to their updated comment) Read the reviews on Yelp too. I can go to Chula Vista PD to get that report to let them know what you guys said and show you guys the trail of email conversation with my HOA to see who's lying here. A "courtesy notice" from my HOA? Interesting. The HOA manager said they sent an HOA regulation violation letter to the owner per our email and conversation. Hello neighbors, I want to warn you all about renting from Golden West Management here in San Diego. We faced many issues with this management company the year we lived there. The duplex we lived in was not up to code. When we moved in it was not cleaned. The same water bottle that was in the bathroom when we toured the place was still there when we moved in. Even though they said they were getting it cleaned before move in. During our renting of the place, we faced a the kitchen sink leaking and it took way too long for them to address the issue I even had to send 2 requests days apart throu…

This company is amazing! Especially the workers and Spanish speaking worker, Ana. She is super friendly and patient, which is beneficial when tackling certain situations. Whenever I give her a call, she is super helpful and always responds in a kindly matter, which I greatly appreciate!

Being a Tennant with them is stressful and a horrible experience. Staff in SD is rude and responds only after multiple follow ups. A lot of unfair treatment with inspections and inflexibility having a service dog. They raised my rent and I moved out bc I couldn’t afford it and they posted it for the original price without the “mandatory increase” many other sketchy stuff occurred like this occurred. Also tried to make me pay for professional cleaning when that’s entirely their job just because I had a service dog. In short it is stressful having them as a landlord and I would NOT recommend ren…

We had an overall positive experience from the second we submitted our application for a rental property to getting approved. Every time I'd call the office looking for a status update or with just questions in general, Bella was always on the other line happy to help. She went as far as calling me back directly to let me know we were approved for our rental property. Thanks again for all your help Bella!
