I've been working with Good Life Property Management since 2010. Although I've since sold that property, I help my dad with his rental properties, which Good Life has been managing. I recently worked with Krista on a tenant move-out and preparing the home for advertisement and a new lease. She has been great with communicating and providing updates since day one. Krista managed this project smoothly and now, a new tenant is in place. I do not live in CA any longer, but we use a property manager for rentals we own in AZ. As an owner, you want your PM (Property Manager) to share the same goals as you do because this is your business. Good Life is a great choice for someone who wants to turn all of the aspects of managing a property over to a management company. They're amazing at collaborating with landlords to ensure that the home is perfectly prepared for renting.
