Beware of this property management company, they don't take care of the details, lack communication skill, and have a retributive nature. It took our HOA almost 3 months to fully disentangle ourselves from Guardian as they dragged their feet, didn't keep any records, and ignored requests for information. If I could give a -10 I would. Our management service just completely ghosted our complex. I’m talking over 100 calls to them in over 4 months and not one reply back. I had major water damage to my unit and they didn’t do a thing. The plumbers I had repair the leak for me in September still haven’t been paid and it’s not nearing the end of January despite almost daily contact attempts including email, calls, in person visits, and certified letters. Worst company ever! They will literally steal your associations money and never respond to you again. Major case of fraud!

Had a main water leak that is flooding the garages called them way before the office closed and still now help after 3+ hours and now my calls and the neighbors keep getting hanged up on.
