High Tide Properties: Truly Top-in-Class—Going Above and Beyond! I first trusted Seung, the founder of High Tide Properties, with managing a condo for my wife and I in San Diego years ago, and he provided excellent service. When faced with a deeply complex, time-sensitive, and emotional challenge recently, I knew exactly who to call. My mother, who is aging, had to move across the country to live with my sister in Arizona. Seung was a very responsive property manager and immediately handled all requests and needs for us. Highly recommend!
I regret trusting Seung and High Tide property management to manage my properties. In one instance the tenants were subleasing on Airbnb and the property manager was clueless. In all cases the homes are left in shotty condition with property manager calling it all 'regular wear and tear.' Their negligence have cost me and will cost you money and heartache! Protect your assets and stay away from these guys!!!
