I’ve had an incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable experience with HOA Nexus. For over 9 years, I’ve paid my HOA dues expecting basic accountability—especially when it comes to maintaining the exterior of my home, which is their responsibility. I reported a roof leak that caused water intrusion into my unit—clearly an exterior issue. I was given verbal approval to move forward, and based on that, walls were opened to assess the damage. Communication is terrible and any time I have to reach out to HOA nexus I know it’s going to be drawn out. I am talking to myself in email threads constantly with no response. Sometimes it’s a simple question I need answered and sometimes it’s a real issue. When a pipe burst (which was the HOA’s responsibility), I ended up paying a significant amount out of pocket for a plumber and still haven’t been reimbursed. Not only that zero communication or updates on where they are with reimbursing me and still no call back as I have requested multiple times.

Wow, I did not know that our HOA is composed of only 6 members. I highly support small business system. I highly appreciate what HOA Nexus has been doing to our Sittella Community, always improving and cleaning our compound. HOA Nexus keeps our monthly fees at a minimum as possible as they could. HOA Nexus updates owners of the expenses they incur by sending us the financial reports every now and then. With only 6 staff member, they are doing a great job! I hope HOA Nexus will continue their good work in 2026 and beyond!!!

Edit: lol, look at their reply that used a canned template. Now they're blaming us for not paying them enough to get a response in 8 months. We paid them HUNDREDS of dollars each month and for over eight months they ignored every email about this critical project, and they want all of us to believe if we gave them just a bit more money then they'd totally do their job. If you can't find a way to even respond to someone paying you thousands of dollars then you have a broken business beyond salvaging and you really should just shut down your business. I've found it extremely difficult to get in touch with this HOA management company. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, my calls always go unanswered, and when I do reach the office staff, I am consistently told that the manager will return my call the next day. Unfortunately, these promised callbacks never happen. This lack of communication is frustrating, it also gives me no confidence in the event something urgent happens that I would have someone who could help. I would appreciate more reliable and responsive service from the management team.

Our 14-unit HOA signed on with HOA Nexus at the end of 2022, and I am very pleased with the attentiveness and capability of HOA Nexus. We recently completed a series of projects on our property where we did not have the full cooperation of some of the residents. Ryan helped us work within the confines of our CC&RS with such resourcefulness that the issues were successfully resolved and the projects were completed to everyone’s satisfaction. I strongly recommend HOA Nexus.

This has to be the worst HOA management company my condo complex and I have ever dealt with. I have lived in multiple condo buildings and have never had such a lack of follow up or unprofessional behavior. They changed payment methods online and started charging me late fees yet it was their fault for not informing us how to link bank accounts.
