We were impressed with the professionalism and prompt attention to detail in regard to the leasing process and acquisition of the most ideal place to live. We couldn't be happier with our experience! I’m a current resident at courtyards apartments and the manager Laura de Leon maintains the property cleanliness , she is always available to listen to any concerns I may have and finds solutions. I feel comfortable here at Courtyards.

I can say as a veteran and to any other decent human being do NOT move here or any of there properties. Property management is very unprofessional and lazy. I’ve emailed the president when I couldn’t get a definite answer from management. I’ve had issues with the foundation causing water and insects to enter my unit. Management only response is that I need sand bags and they would be dropped off so I can put them out. Disgraceful living expirience. This property group does not adress or give warnings/notices to longtime issues at palacio apartments such as non rule complying tenants parking in undesignated areas, specifically the maintenance/apartment inquiry parking (sign has been tampered with and constantly thrown around without care to return it back to its proper place. Purposely was removed from the green picket it used to be held onto. (Been well over a year since its been like this). Lived in hoban property 15 years moved out and was charged for stuff we never ever had and none of the other apartments have. Hoban never ever calls back. I’m sup they have a 1.8 rating the don’t deserve it the deserve negative stars I’m surprised they are not shut down

Terrible, terrible, this company is a complete scam. I lived at 758 S Mollison. They won't give me my $1,400 deposit. I have videos of them delivering it. I'm going to sue them.

BEAWARE. I Got Scammed after I Moved out of the Apartment complex . They Charged Me for Dumping the Stuff that Does not Belong to me . They Sent me Pics of the Stuff that Belongs to me And I Accepted that . And they Sent pics of the Stuff that Does not Belong to me and told me That According to them its Mine and Charged me for that too and i have pics of my House that can prove that those extra stuff was not Mine . But I Guess Nothing Matters they Want the Money .

They tried scamming me out of my security deposit. They tried using pictures from different apartments to say i left the apartment trashed. Luckily i took pictures the day I turned in my apartment with the property manager there.

Everything was okay until move out. They charged us nearly $800 for a completely unnecessary carpet removal and will not respond to emails about it. The carpets were brand new when we moved in, we only lived there for 2 years, and they claimed that cat urine was the reason they had to remove the carpets (our one 3 legged, extremely well litter box trained cat has absolutely NEVER peed outside of her litterbox and we would have EASILY smelled it if she had). Horrible Company – Avoid at All Costs I don’t understand how this company is still allowed to operate in real estate management. They are absolutely terrible. The property was roach-infested, even though I reported the issue well before my baby’s due date. Unfortunately, my baby arrived early and had to stay in the NICU. The Pines Apartments, El Cajon I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the property manager Rachel. Communication has been a major issue, she rarely responds to emails or calls in a timely manner, if at all. When she does respond, she's often dismissive or fail to resolve the problem. Maintenance requests take forever to be addressed, and even when they are, the repairs are often rushed or incomplete. For the amount of rent we’re paying, I expected better service and care. I was in Taft Ave for 3 years and had no issues. Linda the property manager was amazing and always available, maintenance request were sometimes done on the same day and all in all had no issues with my rent, move out or the management.

SERVICE MEMBERS BEWARE: EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I just moved November 2024 on military orders from one of the properties under the management of Hoban Property Management. They have decided to keep all my security deposit due to me moving with little notice. When I received my orders to move, I literally had two and a half weeks to move. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Hoban Management. Upon moving out of Woodlawn Apts, I was charged $290 for cleaning, despite having photos with timestamps from the move-in inspection that showed the unit was already dirty when I arrived. The charges included $150 for complete cleaning, $75 for extra cleaning, $50 for steam cleaning, and a $15 fuel surcharge. The last nine photos were from my move-out inspection, and the unit was returned in the same condition, if not better, than it was at move-in. I am writing this review to express my utter disappointment with the management at Hoban Management Group, specifically regarding Rachel. My experience with her has been nothing short of appalling. From the beginning, Rachel displayed a complete lack of professionalism. She was consistently rude, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional in her interactions with me. If you call they leave on hold for long periods of time. We left a complex managed by them after 11 months due to our family growing. we have always gotten our deposit back and hoban has withheld money for themselves when there was no reason too. The worst management company we have had.

Had a previous experience living at Pepper Valley Ln. With no major issues. Eventually moved to Evergreen Villas and my nightmare started. My new "home" was filled with roaches! This was December 2022! Today March 1st 2024 and there are roaches in my apartment! They are inside the building in the structure! This is beyond unacceptable. Listen to the reviews!

320 shady Lane I been living in this place for over 20 years and I'm still living in it and I want to move to apartment upstairs with three bedrooms and the manager told me the owner he denied my request 😕 I feel very bad about it !!

This company is horrible, I had to leave under emergency conditions. After I left the complex allowed a trespasser to stay in my apartment. I even told them that I had told him to leave. They insisted that he could stay just because he wanted to and it would just be on me because my name was on the lease. Even though I had payed them timely for the last year, they wanted to punish me by letting someone stay there that was told multiple times to leave.
