TRYING TO DEAL WITH HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT,THESE PARTICULAR TENANTS CONSTANT HARRIS,WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH ALL THE DECORATIONS?

Having worked with Ipi for 7 years with Ben and more recently Darya, I have to give these people the best review possible. Over the years, every request was filled within a day. They, also, show total respect for the timing to satisfy our needs on scheduling repairs or apartment inspections by owners. To top this off, when moving recently, they respected the condition of the apartment after we left it cleaned and they considered the number of years we lived there as normal wear and returned our entire deposit.

We leased a home with IPI Management for 4-years. Our only experience renting through a management firm and our entire experience was great. Starting with Mojgan and ending with Darya, they were both very attentive to our needs. They always had vendors dispatch next day, sometime same day, any time we needed. The home was sold our of their control that caused an unfortunate circumstance for us, during the holidays and a during a wedding period, and Darya managed the situation delicately and with empathy. We appreciate all that she did for us. 5-stars to the entire IPI team.

Amazing experience for the past two years living at the property managed by these guys. Darya is a doll and so was the lady before her! Responsive, carrying, fair, straight shooters, easy to reach out to and get a hold of, quick to fix things and most then everything a genuine humans who understood the issues that come with old building. Today we learned our building will no longer be managed by them and I am truly depressed and concerned that the new PM will be like the one we had before IPI which was a horror. Amazing PM company. Darya goes above and beyond responding to any questions and addressing repair/maintenance requests in a timely manner. The contractors they partner with are all amazing and professional as well. 10/10 could not recommend more.

IPI has been a great property management company. We rent a house from them. Specifically Darya has been so helpful and nice. They are always quick to respond to any issues and have been anxious to solve all problems. Since they took over our rentals, things have been fixed that had not been addressed and ignored for years. Darya has always been a joy to deal with and talk to. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend this management company.
