They and the property manager I had went above and beyond to make sure that my stay with them and experience was peaceful, enjoyable and easy. We’ve been tenants at a JD property for just over six months and have had nothing but good experiences. The initial screening and move-in was simple and quick for three tenants, the rent is fair, and the contract and terms are clear. They tented for termites, cleaned the interior thoroughly, weeded the yard for easy maintenance, and took care of any other issues before we moved in. The online portal is easy to use and maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and painlessly by excellent local contractors. Anyway, we are the first tenants to rent here. We've been trying to contact Katherine from property management, but she's very hard to reach. When we moved in, the person we swapped with to rent the place mentioned that the exhaust fans in both bathrooms aren't working. He also said he submitted a work order, but no one has come to fix it. We've also submitted a work order for the washer, but no response yet. THIS PLACE SUCKS.
