Miguel has been great. The tenants in both of my homes were impressed with his professionalism. I appreciate the work hr did for me.
I have a had a great experience with Juniper Real Estate since 2019 when Miguel helped me search the market and ultimately buy my Normal Heights Condo. Since then, I've worked with Juniper Real Estate to list, show and manage my condo when I moved away. They have given me sage advice, exercised patience with my anxiousness, and stayed on top of all the details. No regrets as I head into year #3 of their management services!
Miguel has taken impeccable care of our properties and manages them like they were his own. He communicates in a timely manner and always follows through. He has had the unfortunate experience of managing 2 different floods (in 1 unit) only months apart which was difficult, at best. He is professional, discreet and has his pulse on the real-estate market. So, I trust his advice when it comes to updating my units, market price for rent, tenant issues, and everything else when it comes to managing these properties. He keeps meticulous financial records so my taxes are easy to manage and I have …
