I have been extremely satisfied with the services provided by K&R. The staff is prompt and efficient, always providing requested information quickly. They also find new tenants fast, ensuring my property is not vacant. Very reliable and professional property management, excellent service!

Great location and overall a good experience. Dave is an excellent manager and always responsive to plumbing and other concerns. Alex at the main office is also very helpful and supportive. The only area that needs improvement is maintenance, which could use more attention to ensure consistent tenant satisfaction.

Terrible company. I rented a unit and lived there a year. The place was dirty with broken closet doors, toilet issues, and a leaky sink The repairs were substandard and I called my own people to fix and clean. This company charged me 260 dollars for cleaning after I had it inspected by the landlady and vacated early. Horrible experience. They have drain flies , bugs, skunks, and possums everywhere. I am a registered nurse who works 13-hour night shifts. On 9/29, I emailed management that the smoke detector directly above my bedroom was chirping. When I came home on the morning of 10/5, nearly a week later, the beeping had become worse — going off every two minutes — despite my repeated calls, texts, and emails. I would have replaced the battery myself, but the detector is mounted high up, I don’t own a ladder, and after working four consecutive 13-hour night shifts I was completely exhausted. They are known for pushing people out of properties with grandfathered rent to raise the rent. Do not rent from these people. They do not fix anything in their properties until it’s time to push you out and will charge you for it.

Ive literally never experienced a place with management worse than this if I could give it 0 stars I would. Extremely rude people who talk over you when you bring anything up. Must bring in check every month to their office which is closed on the weekends so don’t expect them to respond or help if there’s any sort of emergency on weekends. BLACK MOLD in the place everywhere. Ants, cockroaches. DIRTY upon move in. Everything is so extremely old and broken and they won’t fix it. List goes on please live literally anywhere else i’m not kidding !!!!!!
