We have used Imelda as our property manager for many years. We have been very happy with the way she handles both our concerns and tenant concerns. The monthly reports and end-of-year reports are well-organized and our tax accountant has been happy with the information the reports contain. We are always able to communicate with Imelda and her team unlike the very large property management company we used before switching to Imelda.

Worked with Imelda for years. She was a tremendous asset in managing our multi-unit property. Often she went above and beyond any other property management team we've had. She showed passion and knowledge about the market that she assisted us with. Highly recommended.

The transition from the previous management company to Key Property Management has been smooth and professional. The core team had not only maintained the high level of service they provided before, but have managed to increased their quality of service. Imelda has been managing our Serra Mesa property for about 3 years and we couldn't be happier. She is very prompt in responding to both us and our tenants. She has done a wonderful job in selecting high quality tenants for our property. She visits the property regularly for inspections to confirm that the tenants are caring for the house appropriately. Imelda was the manager of the property I rented from for 10 yrs and she was always responsive and took care of what she reasonably could. She always had a contact for someone to take care of our needs whether it was a plumber or electrician or someone to get rid of a bee hive.

I must say when you are at a moment in life where you need to relocate fast and unexpected Imelda is definitely one to contact. Would rate absolutely 0 stars if I could, Imelda was the worst as a property manager. Nothing was ever properly addressed when we brought up problems with our apartment. All they ever contacted us for was our rent, but when we told them about not having hot water we had to wait over a week to have hot water had to heat water in a pot to take showers for over a full week. Then when it was repaired the repair man left a hole in our drywall underneath our sink, which I was forced to repair myself because the repair man never returned to finish the job. Excellent service and treatment to find a place to live. It was very easy for me to process everything because they helped me in everything. I recommend it. You will not regret it.

My family and I have been very satisfied with the service and maintenance of our house. We have been renting from Imelda for 2 years now and she has been very supportive with fixing details and being responsive with time lines based on priority levels.
