Next to imposible to get a hold of anyone in the office. As a company they should work on their communication skills. Provided them with more than 30 days move out notice, was not offered or provided move out inspection, was told they would give me move out list which I never received. After moving out they sent me a letter that was typed up by them with move out charges that were excessive. Did not provide any itemized receipts for charges. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. After vacating my unit in good condition and following all move-out protocols, I was told a refund check for my security deposit would be mailed to me. From a tenant POV, solid company even though can be a bit slow or understaffed with emails or calls. But management tries their best, and they are a relatively small local company which IMO is really important for tenant care/quality. Josh from maintenance was extremely helpful and proactive with problems I've had, even after hours, was quick to respond.

This property management company is in charge of 4150-4152 Wilson avenue and allows a barking dog sit in a concrete fenced in backyard unattended for hours at a time barking - it's a nuisance to everyone in the neighborhood including their other tenants, not to mention a sad life for the animal. Neighbors have alerted SD Humane and this company just stopped responding to the noise complaints. They have made living on this block a nightmare - stay away! Avoid this property!!
