Ayari has exceeded my expectations. She continues to find new ways to increase Operating Income and Reducing Expenses. And consistently maintains a 97.5% to 100% Occupancy.

I lived here for about a year and a half and overall had a positive experience. I really appreciated having my own designated parking spot and being in a top-floor unit—it made a big difference in terms of comfort and privacy. There were times when the common areas could get a bit noisy, but management was always quick to communicate with residents and reinforce community guidelines through emails and posted notices, which I found helpful. They made the process seamless and took out a lot of the stress that normally comes with renting and contracts. This was the first and only time that I felt we had a property manager who was truly objective and advocated for us when it was the right thing to do. Ultimately owners have the final say, but it felt good to be able to trust the property manager and be able to speak candidly and have someone assist us during stressful times. 10/10. I leased an Apartment from AAG for a year and few months. I had to leave due to abrupt life circumstances and AAG was responsive and accommodating as I had to leave the contract. During my time, all maintenance for the apartment and unit was taken care fast and efficiently. AAG actually managed the property (unlike other bad landlords or property companies) and were more than willing to make sure all tenants inputs were heard and taken care. If I have to lease again, I will look to any property managed by AAG

Ayari managed a property I rented as a tenant. She was firm but fair; she gave clear directions on what rules to follow - for the good of the community. Of course It upset other tenants, but if I was an owner - and we all know rules ‘slide’ after a while - Ayari would respect your wishes and uphold the beauty of your property.
