I lived at 1348 HOLLY AVE for 3 years and I have nothing to say but great things about this company. The manager Laurie was always available to help when we had questions about the apartment or small emergencies. She was always available. When it came to moving out, they were very understanding about us leaving before the 30 days.

Extremely disappointed that they tried to swindle us into giving up our security deposit upon moving out by sending us a form waiving our rights and telling us we had to sign it to move out. I hope they find a moral compass, and that other tenants know to look up your rights and fight back.
