I have been involved with my HOA and on the board in one capacity or another for 30 years now. Over this time period we have had 4 different management companies. Three of them were mediocre at best, one even being a horrible nightmare. We have had Landmark, Inc. as our management company for several years now. Quite possibly the worst property management company I’ve ever had the experience of working with! They won’t answer emails, their employees are slow to respond and our condo was so neglected and poorly managed that it was an embarrassment living there. Do not hire them and if you do, be prepared to be overcharged and underserved. I have worked in the property management industry for over 10 years managing huge properties and I cannot express my disappointment in this company.
