As an out-of-town property owner, I rely on LRS, and especially Dawnelle and Gladys, to manage the properties. They are both quick to respond to my every inquiry, and I can always count on their professionalism and expertise to address any issue. It's great to be working with the whole LRS team and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I rented a property managed by LRS Management and Realty and unfortunately, my experience was consistently frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, communication was a major issue. I submitted multiple service requests for maintenance problems—some minor, others more urgent—and rarely received any response. Basic issues like things breaking or not functioning properly were simply ignored, leaving me to either live with the problem or pay out of pocket to fix it myself. Slumlords they charge you to unlock your door and don’t mention the $50 fee. They don’t inform you that you can’t do laundry on Sundays or any holiday even if not a federal one. You pay water separately. If someone parks in your spot you have to resolve it personally. No heating in units. Zero accountability. They don’t tell you that the building has roaches infestation

0% communication after signing lease. I have sent several emails for maintenance of the property I am renting. I have expressed several concerns and not once have I heard back. I had leaks in the ceiling damaging my personal items from the rain a couple weeks ago and still haven’t heard word about the maintenance request. Steer clear from this company. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The c+c flats property is a joke and will try to get more money out of you… the property manager told us we would get our deposit back and said that when we moved out the apartment was still dirty when we hired a cleaner!!! Noticing a bunch of people getting screwed over at this property so if you live here save yourself some time and expect to get charged for a bunch of things when you get told to “leave it how you got it” we received the apartment not cleaned and without a back door handle! Definitely not worth the stress and will never be renting through this company ever again!
